Conditions of Entry:
Important: Please read this carefully, prior to completing your entry.
1. All entrants are required to be listed in the Support a WAHP Business Directory and are required to place a nominee badge on their websites/blog (if you don’t have a website, please upload the badge to your photos section on Facebook).
2.You may nominate yourself or another business person for any category but you can only enter a maximum of two categories.
3. The top 10 Finalists for the People’s Choice Award category will be chosen based on merit, the number of nominations they receive and the quality of nominations (ie. nominations from customers and clients carry more weight than nominations from peers and family). Chance plays no part in determining the finalists. Judges decisions will not be influenced by whether or not a business is a current or past advertiser of Support a WAHP. Finalists are required to place a finalist badge supplied by Support a WAHP, on their website for 12 months.
4. The top 10 finalists in the People’s Choice Award will be featured on a poll starting Monday, September 3rd and going till 5pm (AEST) the following Sunday. The winners of all categories will be announced on Monday, September 10th, 2012.
5. We respect your privacy. Nominators will only be added to our mailing list should you opt in on the entry form. Your email will not be shared with any third parties, except for the purposes of judging the competition.
6. All entrants must agree to have their copyright material published in any format for the purposes of promoting the awards, Support a WAHP, their businesses and any other legal purpose. Entry into the competition means that you agree we can publish your entry and any associated photographs in any format and that we can supply your contact details to journalists, news services and editors for publicity in relation to the event.
7. A list of nominees and their businesses will be published on the Support a WAHP website with a link back to your website or Facebook page.
8. All required fields must be filled out for an entry to be valid.
9. All photos and images used in entries must be owned by the entrant and not contravene any third party copyright (ie. for licensed merchandise etc) laws.
10. The judges reserve the right to amend these conditions of entry for any reason at any time throughout the nomination and judging period.
11. Employees and contractors of Support a WAHP are not eligible to enter the International Top WAHP Awards.
